El Pollo Inka specializes in authentic Peruvian recipes, topped by our mouth watering Peruvian rotisserie chicken Pollo a la Brasa with our famous green AJI VERDE hot sauce. We use only the freshest ingredients and spices imported from Peru.

Peruvian food is one part Inkan, one part Spanish with a mix of African, Chinese, and Italian influences. This is what makes us unique. The Inkas gave us the potato, chili peppers, quinoa and corn. The Spanish brought cattle (Lomo Saltado), citrus fruit, wheat and rice. Africans introduced vinegar-marinated heart beef on skewers (Anticucho). Soy sauce and stir-fry cooking (Saltados) were introduced by the Chinese.

Our family’s vision is to have people from all over the world discover, experience and embrace the flavors of Peru. We believe our restaurant is a place where happy memories are created.
