Ambrosia India Bistro has answered the call of local residents asking for authentic, fresh Indian food. In response to patrons from the Monterey Peninsula urging Chef, Bhupender Singh, manager Sam Khanal to open an Indian restaurant on the Peninsula they and the staff relocated here earlier this year. Chef Singh’s personal tradition of serving flavorful, beautiful food in an quiet and personal atmosphere is now honored right here in our own back yard.

Dinner 7 days a week at 5:00pm

Monday - Friday 11:30 - 2:30

Champagne Lunch Buffet
Saturday & Sunday 11:30 - 2:30

Happy Hour Daily 5:00 - 6:30
