For over thirty years, Louie's California Bistro is an absolute must when in Santa Barbara. For 20 years Head Chef Tony Manzanares has prepared wonderful dishes for you. An eclectic yet well thought-out wine list compliments our menu.

Owner Anne Rizzoli wants to welcome you to Louie's with a welcome feel and a smile. Located in the historic Upham Hotel on the ground floor of and only a short way from hip State Street and the theater district. This is a great place for tourists and locals alike.
