The Hitching Post offer up a true Santa Maria style BBQ. Grilling with red oak on an open fire. A tradition that goes back to the days of the Spanish Rancheros. By combining the old with new contemporary cooking styles, The Hitching Post has created an exciting cuisine not found elsewhere. Steaks, ribs, and chicken are served along with smoked duck breasts, ostrich, home-made soups and pastries and the best French fries in Southern California.
The Hitching Post also creates it's own wines, avaliable in the restaurant and to the public.
Open Daily for cocktails and wine tasting at 4:00pm, Dinner is served from 5:00 to 9:30 pm.
